How do I register?
  • To register, click on the Join link on the top of the page. This will open a window where you fill in basic information, choose a password and click on Submit.
  • Alternatively you can sign in using Facebook or Google.
  • We will never share your personal information with anyone without your consent
What are the benefits of registering with Mahmayi?
  • No rebates, coupons, welcome packs and promo codes with conditions, all registered members simply receive an automatic flat 4% discount* on the total order value for any product all the time.
  • Registered members also receive exclusive access to our deals and promotions.

*Note that 5% discount is realized on the final order value and not on the list prices

Does your site use a secure connection?

Your privacy is our utmost concern. Our site uses SSL encryption to secure the communication of all information passing between your browser and our servers on all our pages. 

What is the benefit of completing the payment online?

All registered members receive an additional 1% discount* for completing the payment online

*Note that the additional 1% discount is realized on the final order value and not on the list price

What happens after I place the order?

You will receive an order confirmation email to your registered email address. Your order will be immediately placed in queue for dispatch and a dedicated customer service representative will be assigned to your account to handle any queries you may have.

What are the different payment options that Mahmayi provides?

Following are the payment options currently available:

 

  1. Online using Visa, Mastercard and JCB card
  2. Credit card before delivery (card present transaction) – here most cards including AMEX are accepted
  3. Cash before delivery
  4. Cheque before delivery (UAE cheques only)
  5. Cash on delivery (upto AED 2000/- for chairs only)

For all payment options, we will require a copy of your Emirates ID or copy of government issued ID such as passport. 

How do I use a promo code?
You can use the promotional code at the time of check out to avail the discount.
Why is the cash on delivery not available for all options?
Many of our products are made-to-order or custom made and merchants need an advance payment to make the product. Many of our items are also heavy and bulky and we incur transportation costs in advance.
What is a wishlist and how do I use it?
You can add the items that you like or may want to buy later to your 'Wishlist'. Items in your Wishlist are not reserved or added to a cart. Wishlist is a list of your favorite items from Mahmayi that you may wish to buy in future.
How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
  • Our newsletters contain valuable information about our products as well as promo codes tailored for specific set of clientele. If you believe you are receiving too many emails simply call us on +971 4 2212358 or send us an email at [email protected] to unsubscribe.
  • Alternatively, our newsletters will contain an option in the bottom to unsubscribe. Once you unsubscribe you will not receive an email thereafter.
What are your estimated delivery times?
  • Items available in stock are dispatched within 2-5 business days of order confirmation. All products are delivered and assembled by our own logistics team.
  • For pre-orders, it depends on the item and estimated shipment dates will be indicated on your product page at the time of the order. Pre-orders will not be processed till full payment is made.
  • We will always endeavor to see that your order reaches on time. However, sometimes unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in delivery. Your dedicated customer service representative will ensure you receive latest update for your shipment. Can I choose a specific shipment date and time for my delivery?
Yes, you may choose a specific date if a delivery slot is available. Contact us at [email protected] to set up a time and date. We will endeavour but cannot guarantee specific time for delivery.
Is installation free?
Items ordered through our website within the UAE comes with free installation. Delivery and installation charges for bulk orders or custom enquiries may vary.
Can you ship my order to a different shipping address?
Due to legal reasons, we cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed. Please make an arrangement to receive the order at the shipping address or contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist.
Why did my order get cancelled?

We do understand the inconvenience a canceled order may cause you and do apologize if such a situation arises. Orders may get canceled for the following reasons.

  • In rare cases, the order might still be in pending verification status with our payment gateway partner. If no resolution is reached within 4 working days then order gets automatically canceled and amount refunded to you
  • On our quality inspection, we find the product is damaged and don’t have the same item in stock
  • Or the items are out of stock 
What are your warranty terms? What happens if the item has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period?
  • 1 year, 2 year, 3 year and 5 years – we have you fully covered. Each of our products has warranty terms listed on the product information page.
  • If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, contact us at [email protected] along with your complaint. Our technical representative will inspect the item and if found to have a manufacturing defect will replace the defective part or the whole item free of charge.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free express shipping and installation for all orders above AED 5000/- anywhere in the UAE. For orders below AED 5000, please find our shipping policy below.

Is there a shipping charge for Cash on Delivery?
No there is no additional shipping charge for cash on delivery. However cash on delivery transactions is restricted to an amount of AED 1500/- per order and for office chairs only. If your order consists of items other than office chairs or also a combination of items that include office chairs, these will not be eligible for cash on delivery
How does shipping work for resellers or where your prices are listed in US dollars?
Normally all items are supplied in CKD (knocked down) format on ex-work basis and needs to be collected from our warehouse or we can have them delivered to a freight forwarder / shipping agent within Dubai. If you need the item to be shipped internationally, we can arrange custom shipping quote including a door-to-door service to most destinations (via sea freight). Please contact our sales team [email protected] or order team [email protected] to arrange a custom shipping quote for you
What is your refund and returns policy? Can I exchange an item once delivered and assembled?
  • For items not delivered and if you change your mind we offer a full refund within 3 working days of order submission. Refunds will be provided by the same method used to make the payment within 14 days of refund request date. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund
  • For items delivered but unassembled, we offer store credit provided the products are returned within 5 working days from date of purchase
  • We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Your dedicated service representative can take your exchange request and it will be processed on a case-to-case basis provided it is within 14 days of the order date. Some items however cannot be exchanged (eg. Steel Office Furniture, certain models under Executive Office Furniture, heavy Safes etc) and these will be communicated to you accordingly by our service representative
  • We do not offer refunds for assembled products unless item has a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to determine defects and repair or replace the defective item at our discretion as per our internal procedures

Can I open the carton before making payment on delivery?
Yes, you can open the carton but however our delivery team will not assemble the product till payment is handed over. In certain cases, our team may pre-assemble the item before delivery at which case you may hand over the payment on visual inspection of the product.
What are the payment options before delivery?
Here we offer 3 payment options
  1. Cash before delivery – our representative will arrange to collect the payment at a mutually convenient time before delivery. Order will be processed for delivery once cash is received by our representative. Alternatively you may drop the payment at one of our stores in Dubai, UAE.
  2. Credit card before delivery – our representative or partner will arrange to meet you at mutually convenient time before delivery and you may pay by credit card / debit card using the mobile point of pay service. Order will be processed for delivery once card transaction is complete and payment is successful. Alternatively you may complete the payment at one of our stores in Dubai, UAE.
  3. Cheque before delivery – our representative or partner will arrange to collect a UAE bank issued cheque at a mutually convenient time before delivery. Alternatively you may drop the cheque at one of our stores in Dubai, UAE. However, order will only be processed for delivery only once the funds are credited to our bank account. Bank processing times may vary for cheque payments and we are not liable for delays that occur.
In all the above options, we will require a copy of your Emirates ID or copy of a government issued ID such as passport. We urge our customers to complete the payment online to avoid delays in delivery
Is it safe to use my credit card or debit card on Mahmayi? Does Mahmayi store any card or account information?
  • The Security Code or the Card Verification Number (CVV) is an important new security feature established by credit card companies in order to reduce the risk of Internet fraud. This number doesn't appear on sales receipts or billing statements and it is only found on the card itself. The cardholder is required to enter the code number at the time of the transaction to verify that the card is in their possession.
  • CVV Numbers for different cards are placed in different locations on your card:
  • If you have Visa/Mastercard/Diner's/Discover card: Your CVV is a 3-digit code after the last four digits of your credit card number on the back of the card within the signature field.
What is CVV?

What is 3D secure?
  • The 3D secure is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the 'Verified by VISA'(VBV) and 'MasterCard Secure Code' (MSC) services, respectively.
  • The 3D secure password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases. On 3D secure page, you may also choose to receive a One Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number and use it for that transaction.
  • To register your card, visit your card issuing bank's website.
How will transactions on Mahmayi appear on my Credit Card / Bank statements?
All transactions on mahmayi.com will be under the heading of "Mahmayi Office Furniture LLC" on your Credit Card / Bank statements.
Can I buy a product from Mahmayi on EMI?
Yes, EMI is currently available for all Emirates NBD card holders at 0% interest for 3 months. If you are an Emirates NBD card holder, please contact Emirates NBD at 800-ENBD to convert your purchase into an EMI. The minimum order amount for EMI eligibility is AED 1000. There is NO processing fee charged by Mahmayi for availing EMI option. Emirates NBD terms and conditions apply.
Do you offer partial payment option?
For our items available in stock and ready for immediate delivery we do not offer part pay option. However, for certain bulk orders and special requirements we do offer an option of reserving the item against a non-refundable part payment. Why is the payment gateway disabled?
  • If you are located outside UAE and/or viewing resale/export pricing, the payment gateway is disabled due to legal reasons. In such a case can be made via bank transfer if you are residing abroad or via in store transaction if you are located in the UAE.
  • However, in some circumstances we can accept credit card payments via e-invoice system. Please contact our sales team at [email protected] or order team [email protected] for more details
Why are the prices in US dollar different from the prices in AED?
The prices in US dollar is our resale / export / trade pricing and meant for resellers and channel partners. Normally all items are supplied in CKD (knocked down) format on ex-work basis and needs to be collected from our warehouse or we can have them delivered to a freight forwarder / shipping agent within Dubai. Installation is not included in these prices.
Will I be asked to share card information, account information or passwords over phone or email?
Mahmayi will never ask you to share any of your payment details over email or over phone. . In case you receive such a call, please inform us immediately by calling us on
