How do I calculate how many square metres I need to order?

Measure the length and width of each room in metres and multiply them together to get the area. Add 5–10% on top for cuts, waste, and any future repairs — this is standard practice for any flooring installation. For irregular-shaped rooms or spaces with alcoves, break the floor plan into rectangles, calculate each section, and add them together.
