Custom Furniture Dubai & UAE | Made to Order

Not every space is a standard size — and not every desk should be either. Mahmayi's custom furniture range is built around executive desks and workstations that are configured specifically for your room dimensions, workflow, and aesthetic. Whether you need a 180 cm L-shaped executive desk in Light Concrete White for a corner office in Business Bay, or a back-to-back dual workstation with integrated cable management for a growing team in Jumeirah, this is where it starts.

Every piece here can be adapted: dimensions, finish, storage configuration, and hardware. Mahmayi works with premium Egger boards from Germany alongside Turkish and Thai boards, and applies finishes ranging from classic woodgrains and solid whites to concrete, copper, and brass effects. The result is furniture that looks expensive without the bespoke price tag — positioned firmly above flat-pack, and built to last in a professional or home office environment.

For businesses ordering multiple units or fitting out an entire office floor, Mahmayi's team comes to you. We visit your premises, measure up, plan the layout, and advise on the best configuration — no showroom trip required. Corporate discounts apply on larger orders, and the website prices shown are a starting point. Reach out to our sales team for a project-specific quote.

How to Choose

Measure your corner or wall first: L-shaped desks need both arms to fit — note the return arm length separately from the main desk span. Mahmayi's team can do this on-site for you.
Storage needs: If you handle physical files, go for a model with a three-drawer pedestal or side return cabinet. If digital-first, a clean-top surface keeps things minimal.
Finish compatibility: Match the desk finish to existing flooring or joinery in the office. Concrete and white tones suit modern interiors; walnut and oak work in warmer, traditional settings.
Cable management: For tech-heavy desks with monitors, chargers, and docking stations, prioritise desks with a flush power module cutout or built-in braided routing channel.
Modular or fixed: Detachable L-shaped configurations give you flexibility to reconfigure as teams grow. Fixed L-shapes are more rigid but often sturdier for heavy daily use.
Single user vs. shared: Back-to-back configurations with a modesty panel between seats are more space-efficient for open-plan environments than placing two individual desks.

If you're outfitting more than a handful of desks, don't rely on the website price alone — corporate discounts are available and our team will come to your office to plan the layout with you. Contact Mahmayi's sales team with your floor plan or measurements and we'll put together a project quote that works for your budget and timeline.

FAQs

Can Mahmayi build a custom desk to my exact room dimensions?

Yes. Mahmayi's in-house manufacturing — which includes cutting machines and edge banding equipment — means dimensions can be adjusted to suit your specific space. You're not limited to catalogue sizes. For larger office orders, our team will visit your premises to measure and plan the layout before production begins. For home offices, share your room measurements and we can advise on the right configuration.

What finishes are available for custom executive desks in Dubai?

Mahmayi offers a wide range of finishes using premium Egger boards (Germany) and quality Turkish and Thai boards. Current options include woodgrains like Dark Walnut, Truffle Davos Oak, and Coco Bolo; solid tones like Premium White and Dust Grey; and contemporary effects like Light Concrete. Copper and brass hardware finishes are also available. Two-tone combinations — such as wood paired with white — are a popular choice for modern UAE office interiors.

Does Mahmayi offer corporate discounts on bulk desk orders?

Yes. Corporate discounts are available for larger orders — particularly for office fit-outs involving multiple workstations, executive desks, or matching storage. The prices shown on the website are a starting point. Contact our sales team directly with your requirements and quantities and we'll provide a project-specific quote. This applies to businesses across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and wider UAE.

Will Mahmayi come to my office to plan the desk layout before I order?

Absolutely. For B2B and corporate projects, Mahmayi's team comes to your premises — whether that's an office in DIFC, a co-working space in Dubai Marina, or a facility in Abu Dhabi. We measure the space, assess power and cable routing needs, and recommend the best desk configurations and layouts. You don't need to visit a showroom or guess at dimensions.

What is the difference between a detachable L-shaped desk and a fixed L-shaped desk?

A fixed L-shaped desk is a single rigid unit — the two arms are permanently joined, which makes it very stable but harder to move or reconfigure. A detachable L-shaped desk has a removable return arm that can be separated from the main desk body. This is useful if you're in a growing business and might need to rearrange the office, move to a new space, or convert the desk into a straight configuration. Some detachable models in this range also connect to a meeting table extension, making them suitable for client presentations or small team sessions.

Are these executive desks suitable for a home office in a UAE apartment?

Many of the desks in this category are well-suited to home use — particularly the compact L-shaped configurations and clean-top rectangular units. They're designed with a smaller footprint that fits neatly into a spare bedroom, study corner, or open-plan living area in a Dubai or Abu Dhabi apartment. The two-tone finishes (wood and white, concrete and white) are popular in UAE home interiors and look equally at home in a villa study or a high-rise apartment. If you're unsure which size fits your space, share your room dimensions with us and we'll advise.
